Time of delivery may be extended due to Covid-19.
SHIPPING POLICY
We may deliver the package to your address and you pay us by cash.
We may also ship it to you, but you pay in advance.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
RETURN
THE WASHED OUT will accept returns for items that have enough evidence proving that the item was damaged, before being worn or used.
We DO NOT accept returns for items already worn, damaged, altered or purposely messed with.
EXCHANGE
For an exchange, mail the item back to us on your expenses in 14 days from the receipt of original order. It must be in its original package and with all tags still attached.
In case of ordering the wrong size, we will be pleased to provide you with a different size.
Send the item back on your expenses and you we will send the right size back to you.
